I am researching my husband's family from Alabama.  William H. H. Chambers
was born in Jackson Co., AL abt 1840.  He married Alabama Tipton in 1867.
They had four sons, William B. Jay, Thomes, and James David.  James David was
my husband's grandfather.  We have been unable to find who William's parents
and/or siblings were.

Could there possibly be a connection with your Solomon Chambers?
